PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device and a vehicle allowing a control section to calculate a correct fuel injection quantity by the fuel injection control device even at the first fuel injection before engine start. SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device of this motorcycle 1 (vehicle) comprises an ECU 38 calculating a fuel quantity to be injected by an injector 27 based on the data detected by various sensors, a power generation device 37 driven by an engine 13 and supplying electric power to the injector 27 and the ECU 38 and a kick pedal 17 for starting the engine 13 by manually driving the power generation device 37 with the foot of a user, wherein the ECU 38 is constructed to acquire the data from the various sensors at shorter intervals that after the start of the engine 13 in at least a predetermined period before start of the engine 13.
