摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material which is obtained by compositing regenerated cellulose and synthetic polymer in a nanometer order, and has both advantages of the cellulose and another polymer, and to provide a method for producing the composite material. SOLUTION: In the composite material containing regenerated cellulose and a synthetic polymer as solid components, continuous regions are formed by each fine fiber of the regenerated cellulose, and the synthetic polymer is arranged around the fine fiber. The average diameter of each fine fiber of the regenerated cellulose is ≤1 μm, preferably ≤100 nm, more preferably ≤50 nm. The problem can be solved by the composite material.
