PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating structure of an inexpensive mobile phone capable of thinning. SOLUTION: The illuminating structure of a mobile phone includes a metal dome layer, an operation layer having a plurality of light-emitting sections and facing the metal dome layer, and a light-transmitting light guide layer 20 sandwiched between the metal dome layer and the operation layer and illuminating the plurality of light-emitting sections of the operation layer by guiding light emitted from a plurality of LEDs 14, 14A. A plurality of dispersed light-transmitting patterns 22 dispersed by guiding the light rays guided from the plurality of LEDs 14, 14A in the operation layer direction are formed on an opposite face facing the operation layer of the light guide layer 20, a plurality of illuminating zones 23A, 23B corresponding to light colors of the plurality of LEDs 14, 14A are partitioned on the light guide layer 20, and a light leakage regulation wall 24 is formed on a boundary of the plurality of illuminating zones 23A, 23B.
