An apparatus for removing remaining chlorine gas is provided to prevent leakage of the chlorine gas by removing the chlorine gas between a chlorine container and an opening and closing valve with a suction pump, and blocking the opening and closing valve. An apparatus for removing remaining chlorine gas includes the followings: a suction pipe(130,130') connected with a neutralizing device(110) or a purification unit(120) and diverged between a chorine container(10,10') of a chlorine pipe and a first opening and closing valve(40,40'); an intake pump(50,50') connected to an intermediate part of the suction pipe; and the opening and closing valve(30,30') formed on the front of the suction pump. The apparatus for removing remaining chlorine includes a cross-shaped connector(140) formed on the purification unit and the neutralizing device, and opening and closing valve formed between the cross-shaped connector, purification unit and the neutralizing device.
