FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy immediately dealing with extrafurnace treatment of metallurgic melts with powdered reagents including flux cored wire for steel microalloying with a ferrotitanium based filler. With the first solution version the flux cored wire contains the following ingredients (wt %): titanium (69-72%), aluminium (no more than 5.0%), silica (no more than 1.0%), carbon (no more than 0.4%), phosphorus (no more than 0.05%), sulphur (no more than 0.05%), iron (balance). With the second solution version the flux cored wire contains the following ingredients (wt %): titanium (29-32%), aluminium (no more than 14.0%), silica (no more than 8.0%), carbon (no more than 0.2%), phosphorus (no more than 0.07%), sulphur (no more than 0.07%), iron (balance). Content of the filler and the metal core (wt %) amounts to 55-85% and 15-45% accordingly with the flux core wire filling factor amounting to 0.7-0.8. ^ EFFECT: invention enables detection of cases of steel failing to comply with the applicable requirements in terms of alloy steel chemical composition that is eliminate the risk of the metal having been fabricated being faulty in terms of chemical composition. ^ 8 cl |
