<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powdery thrombolytic agent effective for sufficient treatment of thrombosis using a crude drug derived from a specific plant and Pheretima asiatica Michaelsen which is a crude drug derived from an animal. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the thrombolytic agent is characterized by heating crude drugs of following (A) to (G) together with water, preparing an extract liquid, feeding the resultant extract liquid to a circulating type concentrating apparatus, repetitively carrying out a hot-pressing treatment and a vacuum treatment, concentrating the extract liquid, providing a concentrate, feeding the resultant concentrate to a vacuum dryer, heating the concentrate, then carrying out a vacuum treatment, and powdering the concentrate: (A) Pheretima asiatica Michaelsen, (B) Astragalus Root, (C) Japanese Angelica Root, (D) Peony Root, (E) Cnidium Rhizome, (F) Peach Kernel, and (G) Safflower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
