<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating diseases caused by expression of a gene controlled by NF-κB or ets, and a method of using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing the diseases caused by expression of the gene controlled by NF-κB or ets, contains at least one decoy and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The invention discloses that, administration of a decoy of NF-κB or ets, or a chimera (double) decoy of NF-κB with ets, is effective on treating the diseases caused by expression of the gene controlled by NF-κB or ets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
