<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support plate for maintaining positioning of a bearing of a control shaft for supporting a valve body over a long period of time, by conquering a defect of a known device. <P>SOLUTION: The subject matter is a method for producing the support plate for the valve body. This method is characterized in that it consists of (i) providing a base armature 22 having an even number of pipe portions 4 and 4', (ii) arranging the valve body in a portion 19 of the base armature 22 forming a temporary receiving zone for the valve body 5, (iii) mounting the control shaft through bearings 7 and 9 and a groove in the cross-sectional direction of each valve body, (iv) molding a bearing support for each valve body and a mounting insert in a corresponding guide bearing 7 on the control shaft, (v) mounting each valve body on the corresponding bearing support by sliding on the control shaft, and (vi) inserting the mounting insert into the corresponding guide bearing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
