PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a deterioration in application readability and debugging difficulty which are caused because a notification from an individual computer is asynchronously transmitted to the application in a cluster computer. SOLUTION: A "session" is used to describe states of cluster computer middleware. The "session" is a sequence of coherent processes and satisfies the following two conditions. (a) A notification is issued to an application each time the session starts or terminates. (b) Two sessions maintain any of anteroposterior relation/inclusion relation/no relation.
