PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency characteristic measuring device capable of measuring a frequency of an apparatus to be tested having each different frequency of input and output signals, simplifying a constitution of a tracking generator and its peripheral circuit, and measuring simultaneously each characteristic of the input and output signals of the apparatus to be tested. SOLUTION: A spectrum analyzer 10 is equipped with mixers 110, 210, local oscillators 112, 212, and IF parts 120, 220 as first and second measuring means for measuring each frequency characteristic by performing frequency sweeping corresponding to a first or second frequency range, relative to each of two input signals; a mixer 130 and an oscillator 132 as a tracking generator part operated sequentially with the frequency sweeping operation by the first measuring means; and a trigger generation part 310 for generating a trigger signal for designating a measurement start timing.
