PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distributing bag which can be formed even by an easily-breakable material such as a paper bag, and closed by the weight of articles filled in a bag body by distributing the load on string holes formed in the bag body even when the bag body is filled with the articles and heavy. SOLUTION: Sliding holes 2 are formed in both sides of an upper area of a wall 1 on the same plane, an inner hole 3 is formed between the sliding holes 2, and the sliding holes 2 and the inner hole 3 are connected to each other with a string 6. A partial area of the string 6 located between the sliding holes 2 and the inner hole 3 forms a side area 7. Two side areas 7 on the same plane are connected to each other via a handle 8. When pulling up the handle 8, the side areas 7 are drawn out, and longer. Then, a bending line 12 is bent, a side wall 9 is bent in a V-shape, and an opening part 5 of a bag body 4 is closed by the weight. Since the load on the string hole in the upper area of the wall 1 can be distributed to the sliding holes 2 and the inner hole 3, and the bag body 4 can withstand the hanging strength even when much stuff is filled in the bag and the bag holding the content becomes heavy.
