PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent fall of a tail gate when opening the tail gate upward, even if a tail panel is deformed due to collision and secular change. SOLUTION: A lower part hinge 5 when opening the tail gate 34 upward is constituted of a lower hinge shaft 52 provided at a lower end part of the tail gate 34, a guide plate 53 fixed to a rear end rear face side of a floor plate 32 of a cargo box and engageable with the lower hinge shaft 52, and a hook 54 rotatably journaled on the guide plate 53 and engageable to the lower hinge shaft 52. The guide plate 53 and the hook 54 are projected outward through an opening 35 of the tail panel 35 provided vertically at a rear end edge of the floor plate 32. A locking piece 511 is formed in an internal surface of a lower bracket 51 of the tail gate 34, and an engaging piece 541 is formed in the hook 54. When opening the tail gate 34 upward, an inner peripheral surface of the engaging piece 511 is engaged to an outer peripheral surface of the engaging piece 544. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
