PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage inspection method for a hollow fiber membrane module, in which a hollow membrane having leakage points can easily and accurately be confirmed, and contamination inside the hollow fiber membrane module due to inspection is hardly caused. SOLUTION: In the leakage inspection method for the hollow fiber membrane module with one side or both sides of a lot of hollow fiber membranes fixed to a cylindrical casing, gas containing colored particles is pressurized/introduced into the inside of the hollow fiber membranes from one side of the hollow fiber membranes.
