PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system capable of diagnosing the same region. SOLUTION: When performing diagnosing by a PET apparatus 3, diagnosing is performed in a state wherein a PET detector 31 is elevated in the vertical direction to a horizontal plane which is the rotation surface of a rotation part 47. Whereas when performing diagnosing of CT by an X-ray CT apparatus 4, diagnosing is performed in a state wherein the PET detector 31 is lowered in the vertical direction to the horizontal plane which is the rotation surface of the rotation part 47. By elevating and lowering the PET detector 31 in the vertical direction to the horizontal plane which is the rotation surface of the rotation part 47 in such a manner, the breast at the same region is diagnosed without moving a subject M.
