PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid tube sealing member capable of effectively sealing a pointed head section of a fluid tube in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A plug section 2 capable of preparing inside a fluid tube and a cylinder section 3 arranged outside the fluid tube while the plug section 2 is prepared inside the fluid tube are provided, and a groove 5 having a circular opening 4 capable of receiving the pointed head section of the fluid tube is formed between the plug section 2 and the cylinder section 3. The groove 5 is formed in a shape that its groove width W is getting smaller toward a bottom section 5d side. A screw thread-shaped guide projection 7 for relatively approaching and moving the pointed head section of the fluid tube and a bottom section 5d of the groove 5 is formed on side walls 5a, 5b of the groove 5 so as to cut into an outer periphery or the inner periphery of the fluid tube by a circumferential rotary operation to the fluid tube, and is mountably formed to the fluid tube in order to seal the pointed head of the fluid tube by clamping force between both side walls 5a, 5b of the groove 5 by relative-approaching movement between the pointed head section of the fluid tube and the bottom section 5d of the groove 5 accompanying the circumferential rotary operation.
