A plate assembly for heat exchange and a heat exchange system employing the same are provided to ensure excellent heat exchange efficiency with small volume by implementing waste-heat collector in the form of heat exchanger plate. A plate assembly for heat exchange comprises a first plate(P1), a first gasket, a second plate(P2), and a second gasket. The first plate comprises first through holes on one side. The first gasket surrounds the first through holes to form a first water flow path(sa) on the surface of the first plate. Some of the first through holes are connected to the first water flow path and the rest attached to the first plate. The second plate is overlapped on the rear side of the first plate and has second through holes corresponding to the first through holes. The second gasket surrounds the second through holes to form a second water flow path(sc) and a third water flow path(sd) on the surface of the second plate. Some of the second through holes are not connected to the second water flow path, others are connected to the second water flow path, and the rest are connected to the third water flow path. |
