The system has a therapeutic shoe (2) with a porous lining (6) in a porous sole area (4), where the lining exhibits weight-dependent entry resistance. The sole area and the lining exhibit defined resilient, where the system produces an intermittent lower pressure in an enclosed tissue of a leg (1) of a patient over the shoe in connection with oxygenated blood of the patient. The shoe seals an access (3) and is connected with a compressor (5) and operating valves, where the compressor is adapted to a shoe-toe area and is activated by an accumulator. The shoe is made of hard polyurethane.
