A descending device hanger is provided to perform one-touch development in use of the hanger bar, to reduce production cost by simplifying the configuration, and to improve supporting force and durability of the hanger bar. A descending device hanger comprises a supporting binder(121) binding a receiving part(101) accommodating the holding fixture(300) of the fixture(100) and the one end of the holding fixture together; a stationary sidewall(110) that is perpendicularly cut to the front side in the either side to a hinge binding part(122) for hinge fastening of the hanger bar(200); a plurality of wall binding plates(130) in which the combining hole is punched; and a hanger ring(400) forming the hanger axis inserted and united at the lower part of the hanger bar.
