FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used in machine for reinforcement material binding with wire. The reel is fitted with reel rotation control sensor. The reel has two flanges, inner cylinder area where reel mounting shaft is inserted, and outer cylinder area around which wire is spooled.
