Method for producing a polyoxadiazol polymer

Synthesis of a polyoxadiazole polymer involves heating polyphosphoric acid to a temperature of at least 160[deg] C; making a solution by mixing hydrazine sulfate salt with at least one dicarboxylic acid or their derivatives in the heated polyphosphoric acid; heating the solution under an inert gas atmosphere; and precipitating the polymer in a basic solution.
