<p>The apparatus has a pusher (7) movable in a catheter (5) in its longitudinal extending direction. A closure (2) is detachably connected to a distal end of the pusher, is brought into a use position by sliding movement of a distal end of the catheter, and is separated from the pusher. The closure connected with the pusher is arranged in an interior of the pusher before and during implantation process in a distal end region of the catheter, and is completely or partially enclosed by the distal end region. The distal end of the catheter is formed by a plastic receiving hose (9).</p> |
