A telescopic and tilt device of a steering column for a vehicle is provided to reinforce rigidity of a steering column by suppressing the steering column through a supporting block. A telescopic and tilt device of a steering column for a vehicle includes a distance member(106) and a supporting block(120). A slot hole is formed in both sides of the distance member, and is parallel formed with a steering column(101). The supporting block is mounted inside the distance member. The supporting block is inserted to a bolt(109), and includes a slot hole(115) formed into a vertical direction about the steering column. The supporting block has a cross-sectional shape of trapezoid.
