A gradient functional material, a manufacturing method thereof, a manufacturing device thereof, and a welding method of the gradient functional material are provided to produce compound powder essential as the gradient functional material with excellent uniformity. A manufacturing method of a gradient functional material includes the following steps of: producing compound powder of a first material and a second material with a different composition ratio; dispersing the compound powder in each solvent; evaporating the solvent while dispersing the compound powder in the solvent; sieving the compound powder; laminating the compound powder with a composition ratio successively; and sintering the laminated compound powder. The first material and the second material are respective metal or ceramics.
