A fixing device buried in a concrete structure is provided to perform a task by mounting a spacer while going around a steel reinforcement inserted into the concrete structure. A fixing device buried in a concrete structure comprises a channel, a T-head bolt, and a spacer(40) and a support(50). The channel is a curved cut board material. The T-head bolt is mounted on the top of the channel. The spacer is inserted into and connected with the channel. The support is combined with the spacer and settled on the top of a mold. The spacer has a case(42). The case surrounds the outside of a body(22) comprising the channel. A height adjusting part(44) is formed at the lower part of the case into one body The height adjusting part and the support are fixed and connected by inserting a pin(84) into fixing grooves(82a,82b).
