A redundant switch is provided to secure a stable operation of a redundant switch unit for a short time without requiring the mechanical accuracy. An actuator(12) and a slide(16) move to two opposite translation directions in the housing. The slide is coupled with the actuator by two springs. The slide has an operational incline. A latching track(18) is fixed in the housing. The latching track has two latching notches or more. Two switch units(26a,26b) are fixed in the housing. An operational tapper of each switching unit is engaged with the operational incline of the slide. A latching cam(22) is pressurized to the latching track by the compression spring.
