METHOD FOR CREATING AIR TEMPERATURE MAP USING URBAN HEAT ISLAND EFFECT AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A method for preparing a temperature distribution map in consideration of the UHI(Urban Heat Island) effect and a system thereof are provided to obtain a more realistic temperature distribution map. A numerical value map making module(110) prepares a numerical value map in which a target area is divided into plurality of pixel units. A generating module for a compensated temperature surface(130) generates an initial temperature surface, extracts an altitude deviation through the comparison between a virtual altitude surface, which is generated by an observation point, and a numerical value altitude model, and then corrects the initial temperature surface. A generating module for a final temperature surface(190) corrects the compensated temperature surface based on the popularity-temperature regression formula.
