A system and a method for integrated management of a sheath process are provided to detect the reason for error such as lump or bottle neck by establishing the process data generated in each sheath process. At least one data collecting unit(80) collects process data generated from sheath process devices in a sheath process, and transmits the process data to a sheath process integrating unit(90) by adding the time and an identifier to each sheath process. The sheath process integration unit receives the process data, and stores the process at the work table of a database(100) corresponding to the identifier.
