A method and a device for measuring terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The method comprises the steps of sending out a first pulse laser beam from a first femtosecond laser (4) in a scheduled repetitive frequency to generate a terahertz pulse, sending out a second pulse laser beam from a second femtosecond laser (2) in the scheduled repetitive frequency, measuring the electric filed strength of the terahertz pulse at the respective phase differences between the first pulse laser beam and the second pulse laser beam, and achieving the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy through Fourier transformation of the data representing the electric filed strength. The method and the device can maintain high frequency spectral resolution while maintaining high detective bandwidth to make high identifying ability. |
