RESET CONTROL CIRCUIT IN SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

A reset control circuit of semiconductor device is provided to prevent the fail of the reset operation by activating only the input buffer circuit. A reset control circuit(200) of semiconductor device comprises an input unit(220), an output unit(260) and a controller(240). The input unit receives the reset signal from outside. The input unit outputs the reset signal in the normal mode. The output unit latches and outputs the reset signal of the input unit. The controller initializes the node between the output unit and the input unit in the scan mode.
