摘要 Rotor blades used for a wind power generator are provided to rotate the rotor blades with low electrical energy out of electrical energy obtained by the wind power generator to operate the wind power generator efficiently at low wind velocity. Each rotor blade of a wind power generator contains a variable rotation device(100) to increase rotational force of the rotor blade by changing the center of gravity with the variable rotation device in addition to typical wind power generator components such as a pole(10) erected vertically from the ground, a nacelle(20) which is installed horizontally at the top of the pole to be rotated by a rudder at the rear of the nacelle when wind direction changes, a stator(22) with a fixed shaft at the front side in the nacelle, rotators(31) with a rotating shaft able to rotate around the fixed shaft, blades(40) to rotate the rotating shaft when wind velocity is enough to rotate the blades, and a battery(51) which stores induced electromotive energy as electrical energy.
