AN ELEVATOR IMAGE WATCHING SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING OF CRIME

An elevator monitoring system for crime prevention is provided to allow the passengers of an elevator to deal with crime more actively by monitoring the inside and outside of the elevator in real time outside and inside the elevator. An elevator monitoring system for crime prevention comprises an outside monitoring camera(12), an outside display panel(14), an inside monitoring camera, an inside display panel, a server, and an elevator controller. The outside monitoring camera and outside display panel are installed outside the elevator on each floor. The inside monitoring camera and inside display panel are installed inside the elevator. The server video processes image information transmitted from the inside and outside monitoring cameras, and transmits the information to the inside and outside display panels. The elevator controller is connected to the server and controls the elevator's operation.
