A liquid crystal display which minimizes the defective ratio and in which recovery is convenient is provided to reduce defection ratio in a process by optimizing the arrangement relation of element including a gate line, a data line, a source and a drain electrode. A plurality of gate lines(28) is extended to a first direction due to an insulating substrate. A plurality of data lines is crossed in a plurality of gate lines and is extended to backward. A pixel unit is defined with a plurality of gate lines and plurality of data lines.
