PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a color mixing property of light when mixing plural luminous colors and making it incident into a ring-like light guide body to illuminate a dial. SOLUTION: In this illuminating device, the light guide ring 60 comprises a light guide part 61 and a light emission part 62. The light guide part 61 has a nearly arc shape such that the light guide part 61 is disposed along the periphery of the dial 21, while having a nearly pentagonal or more polygonal cross section. The light guide part 61 is mounted with a light source 95 at an end, leads light from a light source 95 to the inside and can freely emit the light to the inner direction from the inner circumferential face side. The light emission part 62 is integrally formed over a nearly full length on the inner circumferential face side of the light guide part 62 such that the light emission part 62 projects to the inner direction. One side face of the light emission part 62 in the thickness direction is a light emission face 62c, while the other side face in the thickness direction is a reflection face 62a capable of freely reflecting, toward the light emission face 62c, the light emitted to the inner direction from the inner circumferential face side of the light guide part 61. |
