THE METHOD OF PREPARING AN INACTIVATED VACCINE COMPRISING ANTIGEN-ANTIBODY COMPLEX AND THE USE OF THEREOF AS VETERINARY COMPOSITION

A method for producing inactivated vaccine having antigen and antibody is provided to enhance the immune reaction and prevent animal diseases caused by body infection of virus. A vaccine is mixed with oil and antigen-antibody complex. A method for producing the antigen-antibody complex comprises: a first step of inoculating inactivated virus antigen in an animal to obtain antiserum; and a step of sterilizing, diluting and mixing antigen and antibody. The virus is RNA type virus or DNA type virus. The RNA type virus is newcastle disease virus, influenza virus, infectious broncheitis virus, and avian pneumovirus.
