The cap (3) has an internal radial end fitting (11) cooperated with a valve mechanism (9). The end fitting is screwed on a radial internal face (4) of a refrigerant fluid charging valve body (2) for reversibly activating the valve mechanism so as to communicate the mechanism with a variable measuring or threshold value detecting unit (12) for measuring an operating variable e.g. internal pressure of a refrigerant fluid, of an air-conditioning circuit and/or for detecting a threshold value of the variable. The unit (12) is connected to an electric terminal (13) housed in a casing (14).
