The arrangement e.g. plastic strap (1), has a transverse sidepiece (2) and two longitudinal side pieces (3, 4). The strap is designed in an inverted U-shape. Electroencephalogram (EEG) electrodes are provided at the side piece (2) at distance from each other. The longitudinal side pieces are provided with electromyogram (EMG) and electrooculogram (EOG) electrodes at a distance from each other. A fastening unit is provided for detachable arrangement of the electrodes. The electrodes are attached to the strap using a push button (12). An amplifier/preamplifier is provided at a connection area.
