[Class 110 (i)] Oil pipes, ducts for control rods and the like are passed from one side to the other of a centrifugal compressor through the thickness of diffusor blades in the discharge. When these blades are clamped in place by bolts which secure the halves of the compressor casing together, a bolt may form part of the pipe-line, or, a pipe may pass through a tubular bolt. Heat insulation may be provided between the bolt and the pipe.</p> |
