A heat insulating material with aerogel for an air conditioning duct and a constructing method thereof are provided to prevent water from being infiltrated and absorbed and prevent the bacteria from reproducing and prevent corrosion from being generated on the duct plate. A method for constructing a heat insulating material with aerogel for an air conditioning duct comprises following steps. The circumference of an air conditioning duct is measured and the spare of 10%~20% are added than the circumference and an aerogel mat is cut by adding the 10%~20% spare of the circumference. The aerogel mat(100) is wound in an air conditioning duct. The heat insulating material is fixed on the aerogel mat through a fixing member at constant intervals. The winding member is installed on the aerogel mat. The finishing fixture member is fixed at intervals of 310mm. The heat insulating material is sealed in an obstacle site to prevent rainwater from being infiltrated. |
