A dynamic golf green implementer is provided, which automatically grasps the ground character of the spot in which the golf ball is settled in the virtual 3D field. A dynamic golf green implementer comprises: a swing mat(100) in which an opening is formed in the partial domain; two driving rollers(210,220) which are located in the lower part of the swing mat at an interval from each other; a belt(300) rotating by two driving rollers; a plurality of support arms(400) formed in one side of the belt in the vertical direction; a plate(500) formed in one end of each support arm; a lawn grass member(600) which is formed at each plate in different heights; and a controller running the driving roller and support arm.
