#CMT# #/CMT# A test voltage generating device (4) comprises a multi-cell switching amplifier (2) and an analog amplifier cell (3) and an output voltage control/regulator (6), with the amplifying elements (2) and (3) connected in series to form a hybrid-power amplifier (4). At the output (85) of the control amplifier acts the dynamically evaluated control difference of the hybrid power amplifier output voltage, and is fed to a first input (86) of a summation element (87).
