A concentrated photovoltaic system module is provided to receive solar energy with high concentration in a solar cell by including a lens connected to the solar cell. A solar cell module(20) includes a housing(21), an integrated array of a fresnel lens and a plurality of solar cell receivers(12a-12j). The housing includes a first side and a second side. The integrated array of the fresnel lens is connected to the first side of the housing. The plurality of solar cell receivers are arranged in the second side of the housing. Each solar cell receiver includes a solar cell, a diode, and first and second electrical terminals. The solar cell includes the III-V compound semiconductor layer. A diode is connected in parallel to the solar cell. The first and second electrical terminals provide the electrical connection to one or more solar cell receiver. |
