A method for separating a soluble organic solvent from a water-soluble organic solvent containing solution is provided to offer an efficient separating process with a liquid-liquid extraction method. A method for separating a soluble organic solvent includes a step for separating the soluble organic solvent from a water-soluble organic solvent with a liquid-liquid extraction method. The soluble organic solvent includes at least one or more solvent of acetone and acetonitrile. The water-soluble organic solvent includes a bio-material additionally. The bio-material is dissolved in water, but not dissolved in the water-soluble organic solvent.
