An apparatus for applying a waterproof agent is provided to form thick waterproof layer which is unified with a concrete structure without damage of waterproof layer by cracking. An apparatus for applying a waterproof agent comprises: a inner cover (20) forming regular space on the surface of structure (10) and having end part; an external cover (30) which maintain regular interval with inner cover; an air discharge pipe (40) which enables to discharge air between inner cover and external cover; and a discharging pipe (50) which enables to discharge the waterproof agent.
