An ultrasonic wave cryostat is provided, which quickly cools liquor or juice, tea, coffee, beverage in the fast time and maintains coldness. An ultrasonic wave cryostat comprises: a diaphragm part consisting of the inner shell(60) equipped with an ultrasonic oscillator and an outer shell having scale display part; a container intake(80) in which liquid is injected and ejected; an upper stopper and a middle stopper shutting the container intake tightly; a container sealing member(100) uniting with the container; a stopper joint(160) which is combined or released by the screw thread or the stepped projection; and a lower part operation unit(760).
