A servo valve system is provided to cut off the contamination inflow to a servo valve without the shutdown of the servo valve system. A servo valve system comprises a pressure-oil tank(110), and a hydraulic pump(120) and a servo valve(140). The hydraulic fluid is stored the pressure-oil tank. The hydraulic pump supplies the hydraulic fluid of the pressure-oil tank to the servo valve. The servo valve uses the hydraulic fluid secured from the hydraulic pump. The servo valve operates an actuator. The hydraulic fluid is flowed in the hydraulic pump from the pressure-oil tank. The hydraulic pump discharges the hydraulic fluid to the servo valve. The servo valve discharges the hydraulic fluid to the actuator(150) through a third piping(163). |
