A balcony handrail for fire escape is provided to spread to the front of balcony in an emergency by separating a safety cover equipped in the top horizontal bar of the balcony handrail and releasing the fixed wire, thereby securing safety of residents. A balcony handrail for fire escape comprises vertical bars(230) which are arranged at regular intervals in the horizontal direction along an exterior wall(320) of a balcony(200), and a top horizontal bar(220) horizontally combined on the upper end of the vertical bar. A pair of first members(10) are hinged by a first pin(232) in one of the spaces formed by vertical bars. A pair of second members(20) are hinged by a second pin(12) behind the first members. A pair of third members are hinged by a third pin(22) behind the second members. A first wire(40) and a second wire(42) are selectively combined on one ends of the first and third members. |
