A hand blood vessel managing method using a water sprayer is provided, which supplies enough moisture to the skin by stimulating the blood vessel and the acupoint using oxidized soft water. A hand blood vessel managing method using a water sprayer comprises: a first step for spraying water to the acupoint by setting the air pressure of the hydraulic blast to 1kg/cm; a second step for spraying water to the acupoint by setting the air pressure of the hydraulic blast to 2~3kg/cm; and a third step for vibrating the acupoint by setting the air pressure of the hydraulic blast to 3kg/cm.
