MOISTURE DETECTOR AND THE OPERATE METHOD OF SPRAYING DEVICE FOR LIQUID THAWING AGENTS USING THE SMAE

A moisture detector and a method for operating a thawing liquid agent spraying device using the same are provided to determine the operation of the thawing liquid agent spraying device by controlling the operation of the spraying device using the moisture detector. A moisture detector comprises a road sampling(2), an electric conduction space(31), a fixing plate(5) and a temperature sensor(4). The road sampling is formed with the same material as the road in which a thawing liquid agent spraying device is installed. The electric conduction space is formed between the electrode plates as if it is installed at the surface of the road sampling. The electric conduction space senses existence and nonexistence of the moisture using the flow of the current. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the road sampling buried in the road sampling. The fixing plate fixes the road sampling to the road in which the thawing liquid agent spraying device is set up. The fixing plate is made by combining a top surface plate(7) and sidewall plates(6,6').
