NON-STOP COIL DIAMETER CHANGE TYPE VERTICAL DEAD BLOCK TAKE-UP COILER

摘要

A nonstop coil stalk variable winding device is provided to prevent the poor quality of product by performing the stacked job without the stop of the operation when changing the diameter of the coil. A nonstop coil stalk variable winding device comprises a take-up frame(100), a capstan(200) and a capstan drive motor(300). A flyer drive motor(110) is equipped at the top of the take-up frame. A power transferring unit(120) is installed at the flyer drive motor and rotated with a power transmission unit. A flyer shaft(130) is fixed at the center of the power transmission unit into one body. A plated-wire(W) passes through the flyer shaft inside with being hollow. The capstan is fixed onto the ceiling surface of the take-up frame. The capstan has a same axle with the flyer shaft and is installed to rotate around the axle. The capstan drive motor is installed at the top of the take-up frame.
