The hinge (1) has fixed and movable knuckles (2, 3) articulated with respect to each other by a pivoting axle (4). The knuckles (2, 3) are respectively formed of the walls (20, 30). A displacing unit has a pinion (22) comprising teeth engaged with a toothed bar (32). The displacing unit translationally displaces the movable knuckle along a direction transversal to the pivoting axle, during pivoting of the knuckles. A cage (33) is integrated to the wall the movable knuckle.
